This Lovely Cat Feels And Acts Like He’s Not Any Different From His ‘Brothers’

One American Shorthair cat recently infiltrated a gang of three Shiba Inus, and the dogs don’t even realize there’s a spy among them!

One Japanese couple have had Shibas for years, but the wife also wanted a cat. “The reason why I wanted to expand our family with a cat rather than a dog was quite simple: I’ve had a cat in the past,” the woman told Bored Panda. “But when I told my husband that I wanted a kitty, I learned he wasn’t very fond of cats. I kept at it, but he refused every time. After some time, however, I was able to find a cat we both liked.”

The couple started looking for a gray kitty with short fur and standing ears. “I also looked for a breed that was really compatible with dogs. Eventually, we settled on the American Shorthair.”

The couple picked a breeder in Kanagawa and soon brought home a new addition to their pack, Kiki. Right from the start, the kitty fit right in. Now, he’s become so close to his Shiba siblings, he’s even started to act like them!
