And her bodyguard clearly not wanting to be left out wore some rather form-fitting black trunks as he kept a watchful eye on her.

Scarlett is currently staying in Sicily to attend Dolce Gabbana’s first-ever couture collection presentation during Haute Couture Fashion Week this evening.

She has held the role since 2009.
